To be one of the UK's leading automotive retailers' we need the UK's most talented people. We are looking for a Parts Telesales Advisor to join our team at Vauxhall Chester Parts & Bodyshop, Deeside. Our Parts Telesales Advisors are rewarded with a generous basic salary and bonus, with OTE up to £28,000 per annum, and a market leading benefits package including a generous annual leave allowance that increases with length of service and access to our health and wellbeing platform Smart Health.

Working in this critical role, our Parts Telesales Advisors are key to our Parts departments. They are the first point of contact for our customers over the telephone so it’s vital they provide a welcoming experience. Our customers expect a high level of service combined with parts expertise and we don’t like to disappoint You will also have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you thrive working as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently. Due to the nature of the role, you do need to have experience within a parts environment, ideally as a Parts Advisor. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked with our brands before, we will give you full product training.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Receiving all parts orders, interpreting customer requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items and advising customer of any items which are not stocked or need ordering.
- Sourcing unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery or pass order to stock control for Vehicle Off Road (V.O.R.) orders to be raised
- Creating customer orders for dispatch as required ensuring that they match customer order and that any shortages are highlighted, ensuring that all orders taken are fully completed, invoiced and dispatched as scheduled and that the customer is kept fully informed of progress or of any problems.
- Ensuring that the Brand image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with company standards.
- Ensuring all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively, referring any unresolved problems to the supervisor.
- Handling all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure exceptional service is delivered at all times.
