**The Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telesales Advisor to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our exceptional products and services. Due to the location of our office, having access to a car is essential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and introduce our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work towards achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategise and improve call approaches.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a telesales or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Access to a car due to office location requirements.

**Salary & Benefits**:
- Starting salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus commission.
- Potential on-target earnings (OTE) of £30,000+.
- Company pension scheme and additional incentives.
**Schedule**:
- This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Thursday between 8-8 and Friday finish at 1pm
**Location**:_This role is based in our remote office in Chester, which requires having access to a car due to limited public transportation options._
