**The Supply Room is currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a KS2 year group in Cricklewood.** This is a long-term fixed position, offering stability and the chance to work closely with students and staff to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:
While not required, it is **highly desirable if you hold a Teaching Assistant qualification**. This qualification demonstrates your dedication to the role and provides you with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills to effectively support students.

**Experience**:
**Previous experience of supporting children in a Teaching Assistant role is essential for this position.** Your experience will enable you to confidently provide individual support to students, assist in delivering high-quality lessons, and contribute to the overall development and progress of the students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver interactive and engaging lessons
- Provide **one-on-one and small group support to students**, focusing on their individual needs and promoting their academic progress
- **Assist with classroom management,** including behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Support students with their literacy and numeracy skills, helping them to develop their abilities and confidence
- **Contribute to the planning and preparation** of resources and materials for lessons and activities

Pay Rate:
We believe in recognizing and valuing your skills and experience. As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you will receive a competitive pay rate of £81.76 per day.
