**Overview of a Programme Coordinator**

**The Main Purpose of a Programme Coordinator**:

- Deals with programme reporting, collating and consolidating project reporting into programme reporting for time and cost, and formatting into various reports required by various stakeholders (e.g. Programme Board, Stakeholder Ref Group, CSB, Cabinet).- Leads on programme risk register for £70m programme of works, ensuring up-to-date risk assessment in place in the risk registers on all projects and compiling the overall programme risk register. Ensures risk mitigations are carried out effectively by risk owners for risks worth significant sums.- Manages all project files, ensuring PMs are keeping up-to-date records in accordance with procedures.- Maintains and updates the Project Management Manual and ensures compliance by users.- Monitors and maintains project and programme governance ensuring it is in line with the manual and that delegations are properly carried out.- Monitoring existing PFI contracts including administration and financial control. Coordinates Headteacher meetings with FM Provider. Resolves day-to-day issues. Assisted by technical PM/Head of Capital at monthly meetings with SPV.**About you, the successful Programme Coordinator will have**:

- Proven Knowledge of programme management.- Proven Knowledge of record-keeping for building projects.- Experience of managing activities with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.- Sound understanding of financial probity and governance in relation to capital-building programmes.- Experience of data management and monitoring, evaluation and report writing.If you have the necessary skills and experience for this role, please click 'apply'
