**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Via the current enterprise resource planning system (ERP) we require:

- Posting of Sales Ledger receipts to customer accounts from bank statements
- Allocation of customer remittances
- Chasing outstanding and overdue customer accounts
- Posting purchase invoices (Approx. 200+ invoices / month)
- Posting purchase ledger payments from payments list
- Dealing with trade references
- Filing and performing other administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience with ERP systems such as SAP (Training may be involved)
- Office based working

It is an exciting time to join our accounting team, as we are currently transitioning from the legacy OGL software to the modern SAPOne system. This change will provide opportunities for personal and professional growth and development within the company.
