Due to a recent surge in growth we are looking for an exterior cleaning operative to join our existing teams. The nature of works involve exterior wash down and window cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter clearance, gutter repairs, brick cleaning, cladding cladding, render cleaning and many other exterior cleaning related services. We also invest in the latest technologies to carry out all our exterior cleaning services, to make your work safe and enjoyable.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year

**Job description**

The nature of works involve exterior wash down and window cleaning, roof cleaning, guttering, walls cladding, render cleaning and many other exterior cleaning related services. Daily travel in a company vehicle, around locations around Hampshire and Dorset, is a key requirement of the role with occasional overnight layovers and weekend work for larger projects, Plus working with in-house CRM software.

Skills and experience:

- Experience in the field of exterior cleaning and/or maintenance services preferable but not essential.
- Professional, proactive and positive approach within the workplace.
- Exemplary customer service and communication skills.
- Health & Safety experience and awareness.
- All applicants must hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence.
- Working safely at height is essential but no training required. *Training is provided for both IPAF & PASMA.
- Successful clearance of DBS required prior to position being offered.
- A temporary, full-time position available with the view to potentially securing a permanent position.
