Job Summary:
Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative - Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain an allocated building or area within a building to a high cleaning standard, ensuring customer satisfaction through provision of a quality service as laid down in the contract specification.
- Waste Management: Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Floor Care: Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops, mopping floors with wet or damp mops, and using electrically powered scrubbing/polishing machines to burnish, scrub, polish, and spray clean floors.
- Sanitation and Hygiene: Cleaning toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks, and replenishing consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
- Specialized Cleaning: Using chemical agents as directed, undertaking wall washing or inside windowpane cleaning to a height no greater than body height plus an arm's extension from floor level, and carrying out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
