**Salary**: £12.00 to £12.30 per hour (dependent on level of qualification)

**Sleep Rate**: £55.00 per sleep

**Overtime Rate**:£15.00 per hour

**The Role**:
As a Support worker, you will become an essential part of an individual’s life by delivering person-centred support that is focused on all aspects of their health, wellbeing, independence, and development. You will be responsible for:

- Tailoring your support approach to meet the needs of each individual’s support plan.
- Providing a safe and positive living environment.
- Communicating well with others.

- Working shifts as part of a rolling rota (including long shifts, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays).

Experience of a similar role would be beneficial; however, it is not essential because we provide ourselves on facilitating a bespoke learning and development programme that encourages career progression within our organisation and social care profession.
