We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Labourer to join the Lasercell team, located at our manufacturing facility in West Dean on the outskirts of Romsey / Salisbury on a full time, permanent basis.

**The role**
- To provide a general hand to the fabrication team with a basic knowledge of drilling, tapping and other fabrication machinery.
- Perform some workshop cleaning tasks when required ensuring work and storage areas are clean and well maintained.
- Working to company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Any other reasonable duties as instructed by the management team.

**Experience**
- Basic knowledge of workshop tools and equipment _essential_.
- Previous experience working in a similar capacity within manufacturing or engineering.
- Willingness to work in a team to reach deadlines.
- Knowledge and dedication to H&S within a busy workshop.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

**About us**

We use the latest in CAD/CAM software (Solidworks, AutoCAD) to create 3D designs that aid our manufacturing process. We have a Bystronic CNC laser, Trumpf tube laser, CNC press brakes, and a well-equipped welding department and fabrication workshop with metal polishing and finishing complete in-house.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
