This is an opportunity to join a Digital agency which designs and delivers cutting edge end to end digital communication solutions.

The business is looking for a Technical Operations Assistant to assist the Operations Director and Service Desk teams. This is a multi-functional role assisting both the field-based engineering team in conjunction with supporting service desk delivery.

Their field-based engineers rely on support from this role to carry out their duties effectively. This involves a range of internal support tasks and is very practical and ‘hands on’. You will also assist with the operational running of the office and service desk.

**The role**
- Working closely with all teams specifically IT, service and engineers.
- To take responsibility for the lockup units, specifically goods in and goods out.
- To conduct regular stock counts of hardware equipment.
- To support the finance team with correctly and accurately reporting the full paper trail including, delivery notes, stock records, etc
- To take responsibility of arranging equipment warranty returns, replacements and repairs.
- To assist with receiving and dispatching deliveries.
- To assist with maintaining and organising our warehouse space.
- To set up and test equipment.
- Logging, managing and resolving all 3 levels of support incidents.
- Taking responsibility for customer liaison in open service cases providing a professional image of the company.
- To capture all necessary information and accurately record it in our database.
- Where necessary, to attend customer sites to resolve service issues.

**Requirements**:

- A sound understanding of IT
- A good understanding of computer systems and current operating systems is desirable
- You need a UK driving licence as you will be using our van fleet to drive between the offsite lockup and the office
- Excellent communication skills
- You must have an approachable manner
- Confident, enthusiastic and reliable
- Commitment to take pride in all aspects of the role
