Are you a skilled Administrator who is looking for their next interim contract? If so, then we may have the role for you.

This is a key role to provide administrative support and requires a great amount of Numeracy and Excel skills - you will need to have previously used MS office packages.

You will be Admin support for the wider research and innovations team working with the team leader and will be fully trained and mentored to allow you to be supported whilst doing the role.

**What will you be doing on a day to day basis?**
- Support the team with high-quality research project proposals, including initial costings and ongoing financial control of active projects.
- Provide assistance in relation to the costing, pricing, reviewing and checking of all submissions against funder criteria,
- Set up and record accurate budget and expenditure information.
- Use the central finance systems to input, manipulate and retrieve financial data.
- Prepare the invoices and claims relating to a wide variety of research sponsors, including charities, industry, and government departments.
- Ensuring that all paperwork is appropriately filed
- Data cleansing of information on the system
