About the Role:
We are looking to appoint a Youth Enrichment Worker with experience working with vulnerable young people and ideally experience within residential care or supported accommodation. The role will include providing support for young people to achieve to their full potential through engaging within purposeful activities that increase independence.

**Salary**: £12.11 to £12.87 per hour

Your responsibilities will include providing a therapeutic service for Young People within our homes to guide further assessments and prioritise interventions that meets their needs. You will work alongside the Team Lead and our young residents to implement the targeted outcomes detailed within their independent pathway plans; and successfully introduce control measures to minimise the impacts of any risk pose towards their development.

You will work directly with our young people to provide highly specialist therapeutic support. This will include actively contributing to their independent pathway plans in order to provide coordinated holistic support for effective outcomes.

Successful applicants will need:

- Highly developed communication skills (both verbally and written), with the ability to communicate highly complex, sensitive information to young people, families, and other professionals
- Experience with young people and their families
- To be over the age of 21
- To have at least 12 months experience of working within a similar setting
- To preferably have completed QCF (NVQ) Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce (Residential Childcare) or be willing to undertake this
- To be able to work days, evenings, sleep ins and weekends
- To uphold our values and ethos
