Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end payroll process on a monthly basis.
- Gather relevant information and input it into the payroll system.
- Manually verify statutory calculations and make necessary adjustments.
- Handle tax code changes.
- Generate absence and sickness reports, ensuring they are accurately processed through payroll.
- Calculate starter and leaver payments, including P45 forms.
- Perform pension calculations and update the payroll system accordingly.
- Address payroll-related queries from colleagues, managers, and external parties.
- Submit monthly Real Time Information (RTI) Full Payment Submissions (FPS) and Employer Payment Summaries (EPS) to HMRC.
- Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and reconcile payrolls.
- Provide data to the accounts team for reconciliation purposes.
- Administer P11d forms and submit them annually to HMRC.
- Conduct end-of-year processing, including issuing P60 forms.
- Report any anomalies or concerns to the Payroll Manager

To be considered for this position you must have...
- Circa 12 months experience in a Payroll position
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
- Strong excel skills
