**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a TikTok Shop Account Management Associate. In this role, you will manage multiple TikTok shop accounts, host live streaming sessions, and drive growth and sales for our multiple brands.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and oversee multiple TikTok shop accounts, helping brands grow on the platform.

Host live streaming sessions on TikTok to promote products, engage with viewers, and answer questions in real-time.

Present and demonstrate products professionally and appealingly.

Create engaging and entertaining content to attract and retain viewers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement live streaming strategies and schedules.

Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics to improve future sessions.

Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and best practices to enhance content and account performance.

Manage advertising campaigns on TikTok, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking, to drive traffic and sales for clients.

Monitor and analyze overall account performance, optimizing for growth and sales.

Develop and implement strategies to improve account performance and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Generate and report on sales metrics and other key performance indicators.

**Job Requirements**:
At least 1-2 years of experience in managing social media, TikTok accounts particularly for clothing brands or fashion-related businesses.

Experience in hosting live streaming sessions on TikTok, showcasing clothing items, and engaging with viewers.

A good understanding of clothing brands, fashion trends, and the target audience.

A creative mindset to present clothing items in an appealing and innovative way during live sessions.

Ability to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences in the fashion industry.

Ability to engage and entertain a live audience while providing informative product demonstrations.

Creative and innovative mindset with a good understanding of TikTok trends and audience preferences.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and live sessions simultaneously.

Flexibility to work during peak live streaming hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge of other social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

**Experience**:
Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)

Business management: 2 years (preferred)

E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)

TikTok shop: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £12.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
