**What you will do**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our Repricer product and how it adds value to our customer’s businesses
- Work with trials to turn them into customers - using your product knowledge & demos (gentle sales)
- Provide a white glove onboarding service to our customers to ensure the highest level of adoption and product engagement
- Understand market trends and ensure you are always giving the best advice and direction to our customers on how to grow their business
- Manage, track, and report on all customer activities and results using CRM systems
- Work closely with other teams (product, support etc) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

**What you will bring**:

- A demonstrated track record of customer success activity.
- Fantastic account management skills and you are constantly looking for ways to better support your customers and grow your relationship with them.
- Some sales experience would be advantageous, preferably with a technology or SaaS company.
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and with our customers.
- A growth mindset - always looking for ways to learn and develop, and always looking to share your experience, passion and knowledge with your customers and your team.
- Genuine excitement and passion for helping customers succeed, and have a real appetite to help e-commerce trailblazers build incredible businesses.
- Thrives in a high-energy team environment and has the ambition to build an exciting career in one of Ireland’s fastest growing tech companies.
