- You will have experience of managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, including developing, designing and implementing multi-channel attraction strategies
- Communication plays a significant part in this role so you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be familiar with multi-channel communication methods
- Have experience of managing projects, possess well-developed planning and organisation skills
- Have strong IT skills and a proven track record of delivering results. Experience of using an online recruitment tracking system would be advantageous
