Looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Support role? Look no further As an Admin Support, you'll help provide excellent customer service to clients and trainees. Here are just a few of the things you'll be responsible for:
- Invoicing and finance: You'll generate invoices, update finance trackers, and assist with invoice queries and matching. You'll also follow up on outstanding payments and obtain and scan receipts from suppliers.
- Admin: You'll create and send out joining instructions and Teams requests for virtual courses, as well as feedback forms when required. You'll also support with marketing activities and keep the information board up to date. Plus, you'll book travel and hotel when required and produce accurate and timely activity management reports.
- Courses and trackers: You'll keep course trackers up to date, create and update internal courses on the internal system, and liaise with the Apprenticeship and HR teams for course dates and set up details. You'll also liaise with trainers and clients.
- Training room and bedroom bookings: You'll be responsible for booking training rooms and liaising with Reception for overnight stay requests.
- Room set up for training courses: You'll be responsible for room set ups for training courses and setting out course material.
- Stationery and stock: You'll update and manage the monthly stock tracker and keep the management team updated on stock levels.
- General: You'll assist the management team with events when required, provide daily lunch cover on reception, and cover reception during holiday and sickness (8-4 shift only). Plus, you'll be willing to take on any reasonable request from the management team.
