We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis. This role is based in our Upminster office supporting a national portfolio of around 4,000 colleagues who work to provide a fantastic service in our entire business.
About the Job:
You will be responsible for delivering a customer-centric HR support service to the business and wider HR function - administering all elements of the employee life cycle including Resourcing, L&D, HR Admin, Payroll, Benefits, Parental Leave, Maternity and Flexible Working, Absence and OD support whilst adhering to ARCUS HR policies and procedures, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure all HR systems, customer data and systemic processes are up to date.
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of HR databases responding in a timely and efficient manner to requests from the business and wider HR function producing and issuing letters to employees ensuring that GDPR activity is fully embedded within HR Service team and that ongoing activity is actioned in adherence with these regulations.
Experience supporting in a data-driven environment is a must in addition to using HR Information Systems, as a major part of the role will be producing regular & ad-hoc reports and working proactively to use data in support of team objectives & the identification of trends.

- CIPD Level 3 as a minimum requirement
- Ideally you will be of graduate-calibre with a higher educational qualification
You’ll be detail-orientated, proactive, confident, diplomatic, and resilient, with exceptional interpersonal skills. You should have the ability to work in a stand-alone position and to manage your own diary to support the business needs, successfully prioritising your own workload.
