We're now looking for a Recruitment Assistant in Manchester to work across several of our agencies.

**The Part You’ll Play as Recruitment Assistant**

Working as part of a team, you'll be sourcing and attracting great talent for several of our UK agencies including McCann Manchester, Momentum WW and our EMEA HQ operation. Specifically this will involve:

- Manage the end to end recruitment process for Early Careers and Support Services roles within McCann Manchester, Momentum WW and our EMEA HQ operation.
- Sourcing high calibre talent via Linkedin recruiter and a range of other platforms and tools.
- Managing Freelance opportunities via our platform Worksome.- Take an active and vocal role in our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, ensuring our recruitment process is fair, inclusive, and flexible to the needs of the applicant.
- Involvement in our Early Careers outreach programmes including attending university open days / employer events, screening applicants and leading assessment centres.
- Coordinating work experience and sandwich placement opportunities within the agency.

**As Recruitment Assistant You’ll Bring**

Required:

- Previous experience within a Recruitment, Resourcing or Talent function, ideally recruiting for Marketing, Digital, Creative or PR roles.
- A genuine interest in the Digital, Marketing and Creative sector.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using Linkedin recruiter to identify and engage with high calibre talent.

Highly regarded:

- Experience managing a high volume of roles across a number of disciplines at any one time within a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to think differently and bring a fresh perspective that will enhance our methods of recruiting and attracting great talent from diverse backgrounds,
