Multi-skilled Tradesperson

While working, you will be responsible for the health and safety of yourself, as well as that of your colleagues, the public, staff and students around you. You will be required to adhere to and advise others relating to relevant policies and procedures, whilst ensuring core requirements such as health and safety regulations are fully met.
**About you**: You will have a minimum of a City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in a related building trade and have extensive experience working within the construction industry.
You will be a hard working team player who takes a genuine pride in your work and someone who enjoys communicating with a range of people as you complete your daily duties. You will be happy working as part of a larger team to carry out reactive maintenance services across the University and being supportive to colleagues when the need arises.
