**About the role**:
As Finance Team Coordinator, you will be reporting directly to our CFO, supporting them and the wider Finance team. You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to effectively diary manage, take minutes at key meetings and provide secretarial support. Your strong communication skills will allow you to effectively build relationships with thirds parties, such as auditors and investors. You're time-management skills will allow you to successfully manage the Company facilities and fleet, ensuring payments and annual checks are completed promptly.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Management of CFO diary
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries for the team
- Making travel and hotel arrangements
- Minute taking at meetings, distributing and following up action points.
- Communication with external parties, for example Auditors, Investors or other key relationships
- Company secretarial support to Finance Team
- Share register and bank mandate support to Finance Team
- Ownership of company Facilities; Office leases, rent deposit, notice periods, dilapidations, ad hoc office repairs and services.
- Management of contractors providing annual H&S sign off for all offices.
- Business contact for Facilities enquiries. Management of company car fleet and lease agreements

**About you**:
You have a track record for problem solving, meeting deadlines and producing high quality reports. You are self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment.

You are a confident communicator, able to influence and gain buy in at all levels, and excel operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial business.

You have strong financial acumen that will allow you to support the team with both internal and external financial reporting activities.

**Essential skills and experience**
- Experience in a Administration or Office Manager role
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
- Broad ranging administration skills and adaptable
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel
- Minimum 5 GCSEs, or equivalent, graded A-B (6), including Maths and English

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Experience of facilities and company fleet
- Experience of Companies house and maintaining statutory registers
- Experience working with within a Finance department
- Financial Services experience
- Educated to degree level
- AAT or other finance qualifications would be an advantage

**Salary and benefits**

Circa £32,500 - negotiable depending on experience
