Our mission is simple; to help people achieve their goals of a healthier weight and improved lifestyle.
**About the Role**
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoy coordinating tasks to ensure seamless patient experiences? If so, this is an exciting opportunity for you
As Pre-Surgery Co-ordinator for Streamline, you will be responsible for the effective planning of pre-surgery workload within the patient administration team and will be the first point of contact for patients wishing to proceed with weight loss surgery. - Maintaining close liaisons with the various hospital partners including pre-assessment and admissions teams.
- Ensuring any administrative tasks are undertaken within set deadlines
- Effectively tracking the progress of patients on their treatment pathway to ensure there is effective co-operations between the sales team, clinicians and treating hospitals
You will also be responsible for the pre-surgery administrative support including dealing with queries and offering excellent customer service to our patients and partner hospitals. You will be expected to work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of the patient journey.

- Teamwork - we are all in this together and our success will only come from working as a team.
- Winning - trying to retain every new patient opportunity that comes our way.
**Why Streamline?**
As a small business we offer a supportive, fun, and positive environment, helping you grow and develop. As well as helping our patients with their initial journey, you can expect the following in return:
