This is both a hands-on and management role in which you will lead a team of 5-6 developers and make sure the team builds technical solutions and delivers solutions into production. You will have a high level of ownership and make sure the team is equippedto respond and resolve production issues as they arise.

The Role:

- Leading a team of 5-6 developers
- Making sure the team is engaged from the outset of projects and proposes appropriate technical designs
- Making sure the team builds technical solutions and delivers them into production
- Making sure the team can identify, respond to and resolve production issues
- Helping your team to grow, fill skill gaps within the team and provide support and mentoring to each member of the team

The Person:

- Software Engineering Experience
- Experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of PHP and MySQL
