DK Recruitment are looking for a HR Advisor to join their clients’ team on a full time permanent basis, located in Plymouth.

You will be joining the wider HR team, reporting to the HR Director on all employee matters. This will include people management policies, recruitment, reward and recognition schemes and employee benefits.

Please see below an example of some day to day duties and skills required for this role;

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the HR team to ensure a positive and approachable service for all employees
- Manage and coordinate recruitment at all levels
- Assisting with and developing recruitment campaigns
- Working with the HR Assistant to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and right to work checks

**Skills and Qualifications Required**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar industry
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR Role
- Degree educated
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
- Experience of working with HRIS
