Community Resilience Administrator

CFRs also play a key role in community engagement by promoting SECAmb, teaching members of the public life saving skills and rolling out Public Access Defibrillators.
The department also supports a team of volunteer Chaplains who provide pastoral support to all members of the Trust after difficult or traumatic incidents and SECAmb’s Retirement Association.
Duties will involve supporting the Community Resilience Team in general administrative functions including administration relating to CFR recruitment, assisting the detailed administration of the new CFR Future qual education programme. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks which include answering telephone calls, entering data, printing, copying, diary management, scanning and other duties relevant to the post.
The CFR Administrator is a key role with the CFR team and more so as we transition to a new structure and Future qual CFR education programme.
This includes all admin for transition to Future qual - significant amount course prep, course materials, printing, registration, and certification of course.

- Produce and distribute departmental correspondence to CFRs: mail merges, printing, photocopying, binding.

- To collate all monthly timesheets, mileage and expenses claims.
- Attend teams and other meetings as required.
