Tableau Expert

**Position Overview**: As a Tableau Expert at UKITES by PBC, you will lead the development of data visualization solutions using Tableau to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visualizations and dashboards that empower our clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to understand data sources and ensure data accuracy.
- Transform raw data into visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards.
- Create custom calculations, parameters, and sets to facilitate data analysis.
- Optimize Tableau performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with Tableau best practices and incorporate them into your work.
- Train and support end-users in Tableau report and dashboard usage.
- Document Tableau solutions, including data sources, calculations, and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven expertise in Tableau, including advanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.
- Proficiency in data preparation, cleansing, and transformation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant Tableau experience and demonstrated experience in visualization and communication.
- Only expected to work part-time.
