YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Indirectly boost sales by providing customers with the right amount of product information to give them a good insight of the BMW products.

Promote the technical unique selling points of BMW products and the associated customer benefits such as Digital Handover and the My BMW App.

Offer exceptional customer service through informative, non-pressured customer discussion.

Welcoming/Hosting customers in the centre and ensuring every aspect of an exceptional customer experience is provided.

Provide support to Aftersales departments during peak times.

Proven excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people.

An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.

Passion for BMW products and technology.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to work autonomously.

An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.

Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
