YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.

Complete Pre-Calls the day before a service appointment to every customer, confirming details of their service visit, advise customer to download the BMW / MINI App ready for connection the following morning.

Check customer in on the day of their service appointment.

Keep customers updated throughout the day on the progress of the work required along with advising of any additional work required.

Explain and Issue the customer with the Vehicle Health Check report, review CITNow video completed by the technician to allow clearer explanation to the customer.

Advise customer that the vehicle is ready for collection once all work has been completed.

On handover of vehicle explain work completed and charged for on the invoice.

Proven excellent customer service and communication skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer service.

An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.

Passion for BMW or MINI products and technology.

Strong interpersonal, presentation skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work autonomously.

Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Team player that offers help and support to others.

Computer literacy skills required.
