You will lead on the end-to-end recruitment process for your chosen area and collaborate with leaders and the wider HR team to deliver an effective recruitment strategy and attract-world leading talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

- Take thorough vacancy briefs from Hiring Managers to ensure a solid understand of the skill required
- Use market knowledge and data to advise Hiring Managers on potential recruitment challenges and offer solutions
- Ensure adverts are posted across all relevant job boards / social media platforms
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies
- Attend recruitment fairs and events to identify opportunities
- Track goals and metrics by providing regular reporting and data analytics to analyse the performance of the hiring process
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks (right to work)
- Support the onboarding process - ensuring the ATS is updated with all relevant information
