The Role**:Sales Administrator**
Location: Barnsley
Type: Full-time, permanent
**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000
2fawcett are recruiting for a **sales administrator** to join our client based in Barnsley on a full-time, permanent basis.
**Quoting** International and UK customers.
Generating quotations and pro-forma invoices
Following up on **quotations**
Reporting on quotation success/ loss
**Processing** International and UK **Sales Orders** accurately in line with **ISO9000.**
Liaising with the Sales Office Manager co-ordinating order despatch
Liaising with Planning, Production, Purchasing and the Finance teams in connection with stock levels, production capacity and customer billing requirements to satisfy customer requirements.
Completion of export paperwork for movement of goods - EUR1, Certificate of Origin etc
Organising freight bookings, tracking orders despatched and providing ETA’s
Management of Key accounts
Obtaining Proof of Deliveries
Supporting UK Sales Office Manager with required duties
Supporting UK Sales team with enquiries and customer information when required
Handling **invoice queries** and credit requests for all customers when requested by Sales Office Manager.
To provide general **administrative **support and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Work in a safe manner to ensure the safety of self and others and highlight any issues to the QHSE Manager
Team player with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Fantastic customer service skills
Ability to work at fast pace whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
Organised, accurate and meticulous
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and internal staff at all times
Good IT and Excel skills
ITOPS qualification - desirable but not essential
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
