You will be supporting our Dundee hotels hosting 2 fantastic brands - Hotel Indigo Dundee & Staybridge Suites Dundee. Neighbouring each other on the site of a former 19th century têxtile mill, an 8 minute walk from Dundee centre on the A929.

Hotel Indigo is a unique and stylish boutique hotel in a culturally diverse surrounding emphasising on its neighbourhood story. It also boasts the renowned restaurant Daisy Tasker, named after a young mill worker who was much loved for organising social activities for her fellow weavers.

Staybridge Suites ensure every space features a sense of community, comfort and convenience. With a brand ethos of _From Home-to-Home_, guests feel like they are at home while on the road. Staybridge Suites operate with fewer colleagues than some of the other IHG brands, so staff need to be naturals when it comes to multi-tasking. Here, you need to be friendly, smart, welcoming and professional - focused on getting the basics right, each and every time.

Collectively the properties have 187 rooms operated with much love and dedication by 75 team members known as Cycadettes.

**YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE**:

- Bring alive Company values and culture, leading by example.
- Drive team engagement and company ethos
- Be the first point of contact for all new starters and coordinate their on-boarding process including induction.
- Assist with conducting training including preparation and administration.
- Look after employee facilities.
- Ensure electronic employee files are up to date, in particular all data necessary to ensure legal compliance is in order, for example documents confirming employee’s eligibility to be employed in the UK.
- Prepare monthly training calendar for the hotel.
- Assist with all Employee Relations tasks including admin as requested by the People & Culture Manager or General Manager
- Assist with payroll administration, for example collecting new starter paperwork.
- Assist with monthly trackers including training, holidays, birthdays, Cycas Journey etc.
- Assist with general employee communications.
- Support and assist with organising team events, training, and recruitment events.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to deal positively with new trends and changes.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ideally previously worked with Talos 360 & Fourth Hospitality or similar payroll/recruitment systems
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy of information.
- Fun personality that loves to interact with people.
- Training delivery experience is preferred.
