**Company Description**:A privately held electrical distribution company incorporated in 1991, specialising in the distribution of Green Energy products. Due to the continuing success of the business and to drive further expansion, they nowhave an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Sales/Marketing Support Coordinator to join their team in Rugby.
This role offers exciting progression opportunities within the company.
**Person**: You must be reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a "can do" attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment.
**Essential Skills**:

- Experience of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- B2b Sales Support experience

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the internal sales team with customer enquiries and processing sales orders
- Processing customer returns and queries
- Raising quotations and following up
- Preparing sales invoices and credit notes
- A creative and imaginative mind that can generate bright ideas
**Hours**:9:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday (half hour lunch break)
