Civils Supervisor (Telecoms)

My client requires a number of Supervisors (ideally with experience in telecommunications and/or specific experience within fibre) for ongoing projects throughout the North East.

Role requirements
- Plan, organise, and get teams ready to perform at a high level.
- Maintain contact with back office support group.
- Update progress (daily updates of programme reports - to back office)
- Identifying issues from the day before using the back office
- Visiting sites frequently to make sure quality requirements are fulfilled
- Make sure health and safety laws are upheld and adhered to
- Maintain communication with stores to guarantee optimal stock levels of high-demand items.
- Conduct routine audits to make sure jobs are finished on schedule.
- Perform any appropriate ad-hoc tasks that the the management team requests.
