**About our exciting opportunity**

This job involves facilitating recruitment, learning and development, HR-related tasks, and assisting with payroll.

In learning and development, tasks involve supporting the People Strategy, managing the Learning Management System, coordinating apprenticeships, handling inquiries, managing training records, and monitoring KPIs.

In HR, duties include supporting the employee lifecycle, handling first-line HR queries, managing employee relations cases, coaching managers, assisting with HR projects, maintaining documentation, planning company events, overseeing the HRIS, coordinating facilities for the office space, while staying updated on Employment Law.

There may also be a requirement to assist with the monthly payroll.

**Your skills and experience**
- Relevant HR qualification e.g. CIPD at a minimum of Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- QCF or AET Qualification (desirable).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience with HRIS and LMS.
- Experience with payroll systems such as Pento (desirable).
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to understand and interpret policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Up to date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and best practice in HR.
