Our Education Corporate Services department in our UK office is looking to add an Education Corporate Services Consultant to their team. **Job Role**:
To work alongside the Business Director and Client Services Director in managing the day-to
- day activities and operations of the Sable International Education corporate services business, ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to and that customer service levels are maintained.

**You’re perfect for this position if you**:

- Are organised and have proven casework experience in the child-student/student immigration or legal fields
- Have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Are comfortable travelling for work locally and have a valid UK driver’s license
- Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Can multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Are process-driven and can effectively prioritise your work
- Have excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Are structured and methodical in your approach to tasks with high attention to detail

**Extra points if you have**:

- An applicable business or legal diploma or degree
- An OISC qualification
- Actively assisted with the preparation of Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) and child
- student visas for education providers

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
Application Management
- Dealing with enquiries from Education Providers; provide written and verbal guidance and advice
- Undertaking research utilising appropriate legislation, the Internet, and liaison with government bodies
- Maintaining accurate database records and other electronic records in accordance with system verification requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all internal and external processes, procedures, and legislation

Client Reporting and Compliance
- Ensuring database reports are produced and distributed regularly to protect clients from non
- compliance
- Producing ad-hoc reports as required by clients
- Undertaking effective and accurate database management and interrogation
- Ensuring that the client is protected in terms of sponsor obligations, including managing, and maintaining the SMS where required to do so
- Undertaking regular compliance audits at Schools, Colleges and Education Providers premises to maintain strong client relationships and ensure the client continues to meet and exceed the sponsor obligations
- Ensuring compliance with document retention responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate client data
- Undertaking regular data transfer with clients to ensure the accuracy of data

Invoicing and Billing
- Ensuring the invoicing process works effectively for clients
- Ensuring invoices are dispatched to clients with the correct information and a format acceptable to the client
- Assisting the Accounts function with any aged debt issues
