Counted Recruitment are currently recruiting an **Finance Analyst** for a great **Logistics**business based in **Solihull**. The role will see you play a crucial part in a fantastic finance team.

Main duties of this **Finance Analyst**role include:

- Take ownership of the Business Profit Centers, understand the key financial drivers, and provide advice and support to Managers across the business.
- Possess the ability to explain complex numbers in "non-financial language" and link them to decisions taken, as well as improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance.
- Additionally, provide effective commercial procedures, or initiate change, to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial decision impacts are understood and monitored.
- Manage the annual budget process and quarterly reforecasts, as well as analyse financial and non-financial data, produce business proposals and cost benefit proposals, and monitor benefits delivery.
- Possesses expertise in Business Partner, Financial Reporting, Month-End Reporting, Budget and Reforecast production and reporting, Business Analysis, Processes Review, Insight Delivery, and knowledge of analytical tools such as PowerBI.

The business is located in Solihull and operates a hybrid working system of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
