**This highly successful national company dealing with projects around the UK and liaising with suppliers around the world is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join them. **What will you be doing as a Project Co-ordinator**:
Working in a mixture of home and office based work as part of a friendly and upbeat team you will be liaising and co-ordinating with a variety of customers and working on busy and challenging projects. Duties will include:

- All aspects of project management, from initial enquiry through despatch of products to the customer site ensuring all projects are completed on time and in budget.
- Planning and implementing delivery schedules with both customers and suppliers to ensure the right materials are received to meet deadlines
- Importing products from overseas using various international freight forwarders and co-ordinating all UK deliveries
- Making sure international regulations are adhered to and producing documentation for customs clearance
- Carrying out varied admin tasks including updating spreadsheets, purchase order processing and checking supplier invoices

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:

- Experience in a similar logistics co-ordinator, import, export, shipping or other office based administration / customer service role
- A graduate with a business based degree keen to build a career would also be considered
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Comfortable using Word and Excel
- Due to the location, you will realistically need your own transport
