**An exciting opportunity has arisen at XMA for a Senior Service Architect to join the business. As an ITIL Certified Lead Service Architect, you will embrace a hands-on leadership approach, supervising and mentoring a team of Service Architects, while demonstrating your extensive knowledge designing comprehensive services encompassing Workspace, Data, Network, and Security technologies that deliver tangible business benefits.**

JOB SPECIFICATION: Service Architect
As a Service Architect you will be very much a hands on Architect who also manages and coaches the other service architects in the business, you will play a central role in senior management encompassing budget management and resource management. This will also include:

- Presenting progress reports, and strategic plans, and preparing materials to facilitate informed decision-making by senior management.
- Working closely with customer success, business management, sales, bids, professional services, support, vendors and Extend partner teams to:

- Identify and qualify opportunities while comprehending the customer's service needs.
- Develop tailored service designs for inclusion in bids and proposals.
- Develop commoditised service offerings across Enable, Assure, and Managed tiers.
- Work with relevant Third Parties to agree and create integrated service offerings.
- Designing and developing innovative IT service solutions tailored to client requirements, encompassing areas such as Workspace, Data, Network, and Security technologies.
- Translating complex service concepts into clear and concise business benefits for clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of proposed solutions.
- Ensuring IT service solutions adhere to ITIL best practices and meet or exceed client expectations in terms of quality, cost, and time.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including service designs, a services catalogue ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of service offerings and processes within the organisation, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimisation.
- Growing business by nurturing client relationships, continuously adding value and expanding service offerings to increase revenues and margins from both new and existing customers.

REQUIREMENTS: Service Architect
- Strong understanding of ITIL service design and transition processes. Ideally ITIL v3 Certified.
- Experience in developing Shift Left approaches and streamlining Service Desk processes.
- Experience cultivating and growing customer relationships by understanding their needs and challenges, leading to quantifiable sales results.
- Comprehension of ESG principles and TX concepts and their implementation in creating SMART Solutions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Proficient in handling personal timesheets and conducting capacity planning to ensure on-time task completion and efficient time utilisation.
- Bid writing experience will be desirable but not essential.
