Main Duties and Role

To programme manage the design and delivery of the Destinations Change Programme, as part of the Destinations Leadership Team, including the implementation of the proposed new departmental structure.
- To deliver and coordinate programmes and workstreams to support the Destination Leadership Team to establish Waltham Forest as a platform for local enterprise and a thriving destination for local people and visitors, including the development and implementationof the commercial strategy and related delivery plans in line with the Destination Strategy and 10 year plan to achieve the agreed destinations goals:

- Growing our income streams
- Creating Impact
- Driving footfall and engagement
- Curating thriving diverse and inclusive destinations
- Delivering fit for purpose assets
- Operating World Class Destinations
- To develop and implement evaluation methodologies to measure and evidence impacts
- To respond to the climate emergency
