**Our Client;**
Our client are a well established industrial business, well known in the North East of England. The business is continually investing in enhancing and extending their cutting-edge facilities and are driven by establishing a vibrant and sustainable businessthat contributes to the growth of the economy in the North East.
**The Opportunity;**
At Port of Tyne you would be joining a supportive and busy HR team to support their journey in continuing to modernise the HR function.
Key elements of the role include;
- Working as a trusted partner to the business and supporting all people related activities.
- Building with relationships with key stakeholders to partner the business and work alongside the leadership team to enable proactive HR practice.
- This is a generalist position and the HRBP would be involved with: Employee relations, upskilling and coaching managers, stakeholder management, policy review, liaising with 3rd parties, reward & benefit and a variety of project work.

Package
- Hybrid working. (3days on site, 2 days at home)
- 35 hour working week.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Pension matched up to 7%.

**The Person;**
- Strong proactive generalist HR experience encompassing all areas of HR.
- Experience in Senior HR Advisor / HRBP position previously.
- Enjoys building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Adaptable, organised and flexible.
- Union experience desirable.
- HRIS (cascade) experience desirable.
