We have an amazing opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team to assist in the treasury and purchase ledger function. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to learn and progress as the company does. The Finance team are mostly based in Southport.

**Salary and Hours**
- Entry Level salary, negotiable based on experience.
- Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours
- 12 month temporary position

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating the purchase process and administering basic orders
- Processing invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders and raising low level queries
- Chasing up supplier responses and internal deadline submissions
- Administrative duties including manning the finance telephone line
- Ad hoc duties as required in relation to finance projects

**Who we are looking for**
- Grade C/5 + in GCSE Maths/English
- Administration experience desirable
- Experience with Sage 50 is desirable
