**Main Purpose of Role**
- Prepare, verify, check and approve product documentation in accordance with the client’s requirements taking information from suppliers.
- Reporting any non-compliance against client policies.
- Providing technical and regulatory support to the Compliance Managers and Senior Advisors

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensure that the product documentation adheres to client policies and procedures.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and any other internal or external party in order to achieve the above.
- Review GFSI evaluations and third party audits in accordance with client requirements.
- Supporting with complaint investigation in accordance with client requirements.
- Assisting and support with reporting and other projects as requested by the Compliance Managers

**Qualifications**:

- Previous food industry background - ideally food manufacturing, regulatory or quality assurance or graduate with relevant degree.
- Awareness of HACCP, Food Safety and GFSI requirements - preferable
- Awareness of completing on-line retailer specifications. - preferable
- Awareness of microbiology and nutritional analysis - preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Formal Food Hygiene/Science/Regulatory Qualification or Degree or Previous Food Industry Experience
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2) - preferable, but not essential
- Intermediate HACCP (Level 2) - preferable, but not essential
