The main duties of the role include:

- Learning the processes and assisting with the smooth running of contracts/customer care/spares departments within the business.
- All basic admin tasks such as updating records, batch printing and issuing site paperwork, answering calls, filing, arranging labour/accommodation/travel requirements, maintaining control documents and registers, organising internal records, dealing with post, assisting customers with queries.
- Liaising with site staff on a wide range of items e.g. time-sheets/labour needs/material orders/deliveries etc.
- Dispatching, and tracking of various materials and parts including hire items.
- Logging and programming appointments in conjunction with client, occupier, and operatives. Updating clients on progress.
- Understanding and updating integrated systems/portals.
- Be keen to learn and develop within the business.
- Have basic IT experience (use of computers/Excel/Word etc).
- Be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Have good timekeeping.
- Be confident in making and answering telephone calls to customers/clients/colleagues.
