**Job Title**:Cloud Team Lead

**Location**: Newcastle or Thatcham office, with hybrid working flexibility

**Salary**: Up to circa £60,000 depending on skills and experience.

We operate out of three offices, Berkshire, Newcastle & Belfast, and have 150 employees across Cybit. **What you'll do**

Our Cloud Team Lead will work closely with our Head of Delivery to aid smooth delivery of modern work and cloud solutions, primarily in the Microsoft Stack. You’ll work as a direct report and escalation point for a team of Cloud Engineers delivery projects to our customers.

You will also act as a tech lead of customer work for our larger projects. This role can be roughly quantified as 60% technical delivery and 40% management.

**We're looking for someone with**
- A love for mentoring and coaching colleagues.
- Experience in building and deploying Azure hosted solutions.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, Mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience in providing support of M365, Azure and Microsoft Infrastructure.
- Previous leadership experience would be an advantage.
- Good stakeholder management experience.
- Ideally possess, or desire to achieve certifications in Microsoft, Cloud or ITIL.
