**Overall Objective of the Role**

The post holder will provide coordination support to OurNet Health Services Ltd, its staff and five Walsall Primary Care Networks (PCNs).

OurNet Health Services provides Enhanced Access and Half Day services to Walsall Practices as well as supporting the Walsall Primary Care Network board in its delivery of the national enhanced specification. This includes employing over 50 members of clinical staff to work within the PCNs.

The Walsall PCNs aim to further improve access, availability and quality of primary care services to local people and are based on GP registered lists serving communities of around 30,000 to 50,000. A key feature of practices coming together, is introducing new additional roles into general practice which helps GPs focus their skills where they are most needed.

The post holder will be an integral part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining an efficient and accurate business function.

**Main Duties**:

- Assist with recruitment, support and coaching of new staff
- Support the delivery of the weekend cervical screening project
- Advertise and shortlist for new roles, against agreed job descriptions
- Liaise with practices, service providers and key organisations
- Assist with service delivery, design and restructure
- Carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed
- Assist with clinical searches, collate statistics and prepare reports
- Attend regular meetings as and when required
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets
- Help to develop and maintain effective communication within the organisation
- Ensure the compliance and safe storage of company data
- Collate paperwork for recruitment including DBS and RTW Checks
- Request references from new employees
- Participate in new policies and procedures to improve the organisation and ensure compliance.
- Monitor staff HR records and compliance according to role
- Record staff absences onto the HR systems
- Allocate staff training
- Any other ad hoc duties
