Some of the duties will include:

- Process new and existing claims
- Negotiate and settle claims
- Prepare written responses to enquiries
- Building strong working relationships with relevant professionals
- Monitor the progress of a claim
- Ensure all documentation issued and actions taken comply with FCA regulations
- Accurate data entry with client records
- Handling inbound calls
- Previous experience of working within a claims environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to build strong working relationships
- Work towards set deadlines
- Be flexible in approach to work
- Must be able to get to Borehamwood
