**Programme Management Officer (PMO)**

**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus and benefits.

**Contract Length**: Permanent.

**Hours**: 35 hrs per week.

**Location**: Hybrid working, minimum of one day a week in the Head Office located in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

**What does the role involve?**

The primary focus of the Programme Management Officer (PMO) role is to support LINKs Head of Operations in the provision of successful co-ordination and control of all Corporate Pillar Change; both technical (Projects, Systems and Tools) and business (Policies, Process and Procedures) across LINKs Operational function.

You will be required to:

- Comprehensibly track and report all progress and risk associated with Corporate Pillar Change thus providing end-to-end visibility and support to LINK’s Head of Operations in their management and governance of all Change boards and associated forums.
- Create and manage the LINK Corporate Pillar Change roadmap.
- Draft new and update existing Change and Change forum policies, processes and supporting documentation.
- Maintain an awareness of the risk horizon across all organisational change activities, perform analysis of this to identify correlative increases in, or emergences of risk and provide a monthly report on this to the Head of Operations.
- Liaise with other areas of the business in regard to potential and future change activities.
- Work in close cooperation with LINKs Senior Business Analyst and Operational Project Manager.
- Provide guidance and assistance to departmental Heads of’ to ensure that appropriate business reporting, standards and controls are adhered.

**What will I need to know?**

You will have excellent facilitation, problem solving, organisational and communication skills. You will be proactive, forward looking, have a flexible attitude with the ability to challenge constructively and know how to get things done.

You will need a good level of technical competency with MS Teams Planner and an advance knowledge of MS Office Suite, in particular Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
