The pay rate would be up to £34 per hour depending on your location and this may be negotiable.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Complete CHC assessments and reviews
- Work within the CHC framework
- Complete Care Act Assessments and reviews
- Completion of safeguarding enquires where applicable
**Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.**
- Registered with Social Work England
- Having minimum 3 years of experience in Similar role
