Technical Validation
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and advice on fitment, process, prerequisites and sometimes possible cost before orders are committed to, for complex solutions, non standard vehicles and ATEX rated environments.-
- Advice for prospect/customers who want to become a self installer-
- Speaking directly with customers to eliminate any possible miss-understandings to allow the sales team to focus on their priorities-
- In-life activity costing and pricing where there is no standard cost-
- General technical advice to the wider operational business-
- Identifying complex fit compatibility and where necessary arranging specification visits-
- Identifying compatibility and coverage on migrations and adopts-
- Ensure the sales team are supported, are efficient, receive quick responses and that finally when an opportunity lands in the queue for formal approval, this becomes a final check only working within the 48 hour SLA-
- Having a close and collaborative working relationship with the Customer Experience Specialists (formally Pre-Sales Validation) colleagues in Sales and those within the wider Sales Administration, Lead Engineer and Deployment Teams.-
- Providing feedback and coaching where applicable, to internal teams on non-process compliance-
- Ensuring an aligned and standard process is devised and followed for all countries.-
- Providing operational governance by having the final validation and approval on all opportunities before they are passed to Deployment or Managed Deployment to deploy.Qualifications, experience and skills
- Education/Qualifications- Degree Level education and/or 2+ years relevant business experience- Personal Attributes- Client-centric mind-set - internal and external clients-
