Join our People and OD (POD) team and you'll play a pivotal role in delivering our Great Place to Work plan.

As Assistant POD Business Partner, you'll showcase your ability to juggle HR projects, processes and outcomes. All while keeping our people at the heart of it.

You're not afraid to dig into data and systems. Whether it's analysing trends, assessing colleague feedback or evaluating practices, you'll use evidence to drive positive outcomes for people and the organisation.

Adept at communication and with a cooperative approach you'll be the linchpin connecting people, processes, and outcomes.

**About The Role**:
You'll work closely with our Business Partners, developing strong relationships to deliver proactive, effective, and quality HR services across our organisation.

Your focus will be on case management, systems admin, data analysis, and policy guidance. But it’s not just about ticking boxes - you'll create value and contribute towards a positive workplace experience for all our colleagues.
- As an Assistant POD Business Partner, you’ll support a variety of HR matters from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring seamless processes and positive outcomes.

Role location: Partially remote, you'll be expected to work around 2 days from our Mansfield office.
